Hello! We are so glad you are here! Our work is our life and we believe our passion shows in the experience we provide our clients. Please take a moment to review our policies, as many of these may be unique from other experiences you have had during a photography session.

PRICING: Our session pricing and what is included slightly vary depending on the type of session you are booking. Product pricing at the time of booking will be honored at the gallery reveal/ordering session. Sales tax of 8.1% is added to all sessions and orders placed. Pricing for prints and products is guaranteed for 30 days from your session and are subject to change at any time after.
PAYMENT: Session fees are due in full is due at the time of session and are 100% non-refundable. A retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time, with the remaining balance due prior to start of the session. If this fee is not received prior to your session, your appointment will be canceled and your retainer fee forfeited. Session fees include immediate family only. Please let us know ahead of time if there will be more than five people OR extended family, as this may require additional charges at the Studio’s discretion. Your session is not considered BOOKED until your retainer has been placed.
SCHEDULING: Birth and newborn sessions are booked on a tentative schedule. We suggest booking early in pregnancy to secure your “window”. Because we don’t know exactly when they will arrive, birth sessions have a window of “on-call” time, and newborns have a tentative schedule. We understand the arrival of babies is out of our control and will try our best to accommodate any early arrivals outside of your “window”, such as premature deliveries.
CANCELLATIONS: Your session may be rescheduled up to one time unless illness or weather was a factor, for those instances we will happily accommodate as many times as needed, within reason. We ask that rescheduled date take place within 60 days or the retainer will be forfeited. In some instances, we may need to reschedule your session because we are attending a birth. In this event, we will reschedule within two weeks of your original date. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE STAY HOME. Out of courtesy for the many families and babies we see, please do not come to our studio if you are ill.
PRODUCTS: All portrait sessions include ten digital images and one mounted print, as specified in the type of session that you book. Additional products, including prints, albums, and digitals, are available for purchase as an additional cost. Lifestyle and Birth sessions include an album. After our session, we meet for a gallery reveal, where you will choose your images and any extras you would like to add.
COPYRIGHT: All images are the property of Fatima Hurd and Phelicia Cyrus, Eloquent Times Photography and are copyright protected. Please note that it is illegal to scan prints, right-click or screen shot images featured on the web site or the blog, sell or alter images received in CD or print format. Editing or altering any of our images is illegal and a breech of contract.
EDITING: All images are naturally edited with mild blemish control and softening. Extreme editing within Photoshop is not something that will not be done. Images provided should be as natural as possible and once images are received, edits are complete. Additional charges will be incurred for special editing requests.
ORDERING: -The images from your session are available for a period of six months from the date of your order, unless you are participating in Grow with Me Sessions. After that time, only ordered images will be archived, all others will be purged or reserved for studio use. All sales are final. If there is found to be any defect in a print, the studio will re-print it at our discretion. All print orders take approximately 2-3 weeks, canvases and other custom or boutique products may take longer. Turn around time may also be longer during studio closures, late summer and fall.
